Agreement to Receive SMS
By submitting a coaching network application and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Maine-A-Tracktion, a division of Millennium Fitness & Health. These messages may include coaching opportunity notifications, application updates, reminders, offers, interview scheduling, onboarding instructions, and other account-related communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages at any stage of the application process, during active placement activity, or when new coaching opportunities become available that match your profile.
Message & Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan. Maine-A-Tracktion is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS messages.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications at any time. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from Maine-A-Tracktion.

COACH Keyword Opt-In
You may also opt in to receive SMS communications by texting the keyword COACH to our designated number. By doing so, you agree to receive coaching opportunities and recruiting updates from Maine-A-Tracktion. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance at any time.
Consent is Voluntary
Consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. It is not a condition of employment, coaching network membership, or participation in any placement opportunity offered by Maine-A-Tracktion or Millennium Fitness & Health.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and consent status are used solely for communications directly related to your coaching network application and participation.
